This month marks two years since Truescope started in Singapore. Launching and growing Truescope during a pandemic was, like for many businesses, not planned for and came with many challenges. The sudden pivot to working from home and the inability to talk with clients face-to-face, was a difficult course to navigate for a new brand with no familiarity in the market.
But strong leadership, the unmatched industry experience of our people, and a belief that Truescope would be a truly exciting proposition for the marketing and comms industry, have been key, and the proof is in our aggressive growth, achieving outstanding success beyond expectations. In short, Truescope’s growth can be described as a rocket ship that just took off, and is still rapidly accelerating.
Our client “wins” momentum has been steady since we launched and we’re now delivering solutions to over 70 commercial and government clients. One of our earliest client successes was Carousell, a leading buying and selling website: “Truescope has delivered good quality of service in allowing us to monitor news across our eight key markets, while still being value for money. Having used them since they first launched, we have seen constant updates to the platform, improving the ease of use, while providing many features. We also appreciate having a Client Success Executive who is always prompt to assist with any support or guidance, and goes the extra mile with solutions for our needs.”
Today, as our offering continues to strengthen and our reputation builds, our client roster continues to build and our team continues to grow. We’re onboarding many talented employees spanning across functions like Customer Experience (CX), Operations, Business Development and Research. We now have a hybrid working model and we’ve moved into a new, larger office to house the growing team. It’s centrally located in the middle of Singapore’s premium shopping belt and decked out with Truescope branding, and it has been fantastic to be able to once again come together to collaborate, continue to build the path for Truescope in Singapore, and of course continue to build on our team culture together.
What’s been most special to me about leading the Singaporean business through such a time of fast growth is seeing the energy and enthusiasm of the team in coming together in our belief that we present a superior commstech solution for our clients, with the commitment to go above and beyond. It remains a priority that our clients never become a number and with our growth, the experience we provide our clients is more important than ever.
Media intelligence is a huge market and we still have a long way to go in terms of putting Truescope in front of every potential client in Singapore; but we continue to edge closer every day. The continued wins and successes of Truescope has been an exciting journey.
