Chief Executive Officer
John Croll has worked in the communications and media intelligence industries his whole career, including his most notable role as Chief Executive Officer of Media Monitors Pty Ltd and subsequently Isentia for almost two decades. So, you could say he developed the media intelligence industry across Asia-Pacific.
John drove Media Monitors buyout with Quadrant Private Equity, to accelerate growth across Asia and harness social media capabilities. He subsequently led Isentia to its listing on the Australian Stock Exchange and through his leadership, the company became Asia Pacific’s leading media intelligence company.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael Bade is an experienced entrepreneur and technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the software and media intelligence industries. He is the founder and former CTO of Interceder, a social media and online news analysis platform that attracted over 30 million users during its 10 years of operation. Prior to that, Michael worked the award-winning Mediaportal web application.
Michael also worked as a Director of Ecommerce where his work helped to drive the commercial growth of multinational organisations across Australia and USA. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong, Michael brings a unique perspective to technology and innovation, with a focus on creating products and solutions that are both effective and user-friendly.

Sarah Phillips has more than two decades’ experience within the media and communications industry, including roles as Account Director, Product Specialist and Product Owner at Isentia for over ten years.
Sarah is CX & Product Lead at Truescope, where she’s at the forefront of all aspects of client experience, with a focus on onboarding and retention strategies. Sarah designs and navigates the client support process, onboarding of new employees, and ensures Truescope continually reflects the needs of its clients, alongside the ever-changing landscape of the industry today.
Todd's been active in the media intelligence industry since the 1990's, developing innovative services that provide ever better news monitoring and communication insights for clients. Now part of the Truescope, Inc. team, he's leveraging that expertise and experience to introduce clients to the most intuitive media intelligence platform available... Truescope.
With the merger of Universal Information Services with Truescope, Inc, we're building the new leader in client-centric media intelligence and news monitoring, Todd's been appointed President of Truescope in North America and is responsible for business activity.
A great team of solutions and support managers has combined with the Truescope team to help our growing client base. We will be adding additional industry leaders as we grow Truescope into the leading news monitoring and PR insights firm in North America. Senior Vice President, Client Success
Jean manages media intelligence solutions for Truescope's existing client base in North America and Europe. With nearly 20 years of media intelligence support and platform demonstration experience, Jean's focus on client relationships makes her a key connection for our clients.
Jean joins Truescope through their acquisition of media intelligence firm Universal Information Services. Having worked for Universal over the past seven years, her prior experience includes public relations measurement support for clients at Video Monitoring Services and Burrelles. Prior to the media intelligence industry, Jean walked in the shoes of our clients, providing public relations account management to business and technology clients.
Senior Vice President, Media Intelligence
Rick joins Truescope with over 20 years of sales experience and enterprise solution development in the media intelligence industry. As Senior Vice President of Media Intelligence, Rick leverages his industry experience as Truescope's architect of sales strategy and growth in North America.
To deliver Truescope's client-centric media monitoring and insights solutions, Rick will focus on the seamless integration of rapid growth with superior client support. Rick's prior experience at Cision, Moreover, Lexis/Nexis, SimilarWeb and most recently Notified, gives him a unique view of competitive options while recognizing how Truescope can better serve professional communicators in North America.
David Liu is an accomplished professional in the media, marketing, data and communications industries with over 30 years of experience. He started his career at McCann-Erickson and Saatchi & Saatchi, which rank amongst the world’s leading global advertising agencies.
David then joined Aegis Media Group, the largest media planning and buying company listed in FTSE and established Aegis and Carat Media Asia-Pacific network. The network started with one office and 3 staff in Hong Kong. From 1999 to 2004, David established Aegis and Carat operations in 13 countries. David has been a leader in the Media Intelligence industry in Asia for the past 6 years.
Kelvin is a senior business leader with experience in leading commercial,
government and strategic business functions. He takes lead of all commercial and marketing functions of Truescope Singapore.
Kelvin cut his teeth managing public sector accounts across Asia and
spearheaded the Regional Government Partnership within Isentia across 6
markets. Kelvin is also an established thought leader, often invited to speak at
events such as the 26th National PR Congress the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP). Kelvin started his career in Media Intelligence in 2015, where he served as an Executive Officer in the Ministry of Defence, deputising the Centre Head of MINDEF’s Media Monitoring Centre.

Veronica has extensive experience in the communications and media intelligence industry. She adapts seamlessly to constantly evolving processes with a keen eye for details. Paired with a client-centric approach, she delivers the best experience possible to her clients and adds value to their business goals.
Veronica has worked closely with esteemed multinational corporations, agencies, and government entities in her previous roles, which has honed her capacity to perform and lead the client success and operations teams at Truescope Singapore.
