John Croll AM

Chief Executive Officer

John Croll has worked in the communications and media intelligence industries his whole career, including his most notable role as Chief Executive Officer of Media Monitors Pty Ltd and subsequently Isentia for almost two decades. So, you could say he developed the media intelligence industry across Asia-Pacific.

John drove Media Monitors buyout with Quadrant Private Equity, to accelerate growth across Asia and harness social media capabilities. He subsequently led Isentia to its listing on the Australian Stock Exchange and through his leadership, the company became Asia Pacific’s leading media intelligence company.

Michael Bade

Chief Technology Officer

Michael Bade has more than 25 years experience in the technology and internet industry. His roles have combined a broad mix of  technical and design related work, from leading development teams to product design, development and management.

In 2008, he founded and developed Interceder, a platform that aggregated and analysed the latest news stories across online news and social media, attracting more than 50 million visitors. Michael has also held roles as E-Commerce Director, where his work helped to drive the commercial growth of multinational organisations across Australia and USA.

Sarah Phillips

CX & Product Lead

Sarah Phillips has more than two decades’ experience within the media and communications industry, including roles as Account Director, Product Specialist and Product Owner at Isentia for over ten years.

Sarah is CX & Product Lead at Truescope, where she’s at the forefront of all aspects of client experience, with a focus on onboarding and retention strategies. Sarah designs and navigates the client support process, onboarding of new employees, and ensures Truescope continually reflects the needs of its clients, alongside the ever-changing landscape of the industry today.

George Felice

Chief Revenue Officer

George Felice has more than 25 years of experience working with customers at hundreds of companies, including global brands, Fortune 500, law firms, nonprofits and agencies.  His experience includes working closely with communicators in his roles at VMS, a former broadcast media intelligence company, and at The NewsMarket, a multi-media distribution company, now part of Definition 6.  George has also worked in strategic selling roles at companies with strong SaaS offerings including Bloomberg, Inovia and most recently at Disco.

George excels at helping customers analyze their biggest business problems and works closely with them to find the best solution with diligence, patience and humor. George leads all revenue operations for Truescope in North America.

Jodi Ziskin

Vice President, Customer Success

Jodi Ziskin has more than 30 years of marketing and communications experience working with some of the world’s biggest brands. She began her career in broadcast media intelligence providing client services for many large New York-based publishing companies including Condé Nast, Hearst, and Time Warner, as well as many top public relations agencies. Jodi was promoted to manage the company’s Miami office overseeing all customer relationships including those with Coca-Cola, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Royal Caribbean.

Jodi has also worked at many communications agencies managing many large accounts including Burger King and Jose Cuervo. Her latest roles have included Director of Communications for Treatibles, the original company to create CBD products for pets, and as a content creator for the pet industry. Jodi leads the Customer Success team for Truescope in North America

Alan G. Locher

Vice President, Sales

Alan Locher has spent the last three decades working in communications and marketing in the film, TV and tourism industries. He began his career at The Walt Disney Studios working closely with talent and studio executives on marketing more than 200 films. Following Disney, he worked for Rubenstein Public Relations as a Senior Account Director.

Alan later led the public relations team for As the World Turns and Guiding Light. Most recently, Alan led marketing, sales and operations for On Location Tours, one of the world’s largest TV and movie tour companies. Alan is also host of The Locher Room, a YouTube talk show featuring celebrity guests.  Alan leads all revenue development in the entertainment and travel industries for Truescope in North America.

David Liu

Executive Director

David Liu is an accomplished professional in the media, marketing, data and communications industries with over 30 years of experience. He started his career at McCann-Erickson and Saatchi & Saatchi, which rank amongst the world’s leading global advertising agencies.

David then joined Aegis Media Group, the largest media planning and buying company listed in FTSE and established Aegis and Carat Media Asia-Pacific network. The network started with one office and 3 staff in Hong Kong. From 1999 to 2004, David established Aegis and Carat operations in 13 countries. David has been a leader in the Media Intelligence industry in Asia for the past 6 years.

Jason Lee

Chief Executive Officer

Jason Lee has been in the media, data and marketing management sector for more than a decade. In 2011, Jason joined Brandtology, a leading social listening intelligence service in Asia-Pacific, which was acquired as part of the larger Isentia network in 2010. In the early years of his tenure in Isentia Brandtology, Jason handled several blue-chip clients across the Asia-Pacific region such as UOB, Samsung, RIM, General Electric and Singtel.

Jason was promoted to the role of General Manager of Isentia in Singapore in 2017 and Regional Director (SEA) in 2018. Jason became the CEO of Truescope Singapore in 2020.

Kelvin Koh

Commercial Director

Kelvin is a senior business leader with experience in leading commercial,
government and strategic business functions. He takes lead of all commercial
and marketing functions of Truescope Singapore.

Kelvin cut his teeth managing public sector accounts across Asia and
spearheaded the Regional Government Partnership within Isentia across 6
markets. Kelvin is also an established thought leader, often invited to speak at
events such as the 26th National PR Congress the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP). Kelvin started his career in Media Intelligence in 2015, where he served as an Executive Officer in the Ministry of Defence, deputising the Centre
Head of MINDEF’s Media Monitoring Centre.

Veronica Hu

CX & Operations Director

Veronica has extensive experience in the communications and media intelligence industry. She adapts seamlessly to constantly evolving processes with a keen eye for details. Paired with a client-centric approach, she delivers the best experience possible to her clients and adds value to their business goals.

Veronica has worked closely with esteemed multinational corporations, agencies, and government entities in her previous roles, which has honed her capacity to perform and lead the client success and operations teams at Truescope Singapore.
