Donato has nearly four decades of business leadership experience, including launching two successful startups. He is a global health activist, former CEO of Tivity Health, and founder of the Tramuto Porter Foundation and Health eVillages. Donato is widely recognised for his commitment to social change and transformational leadership in healthcare innovation, and also for his advocacy for compassionate leadership, earlier this year launching his second book, The Double Bottom Line: How Compassionate Leaders Captivate Hearts and Deliver Results.
